All ticket sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be given.

DFW Theater charges a $1.25 service fee for each ticket purchased.  

For the fastest service, bring your e-mailed receipt with you to the box office.  Tickets are not mailed, they are held at the theater.

Most seats sold here are general admission, and are first-come, first-served.  Arrive at the theater early for the best seating selection.

Some theaters may use seating sections.  If this option is available, it will be clearly stated in the description of the event.

Latecomers will be seated during an appropriate moment of the performance, to minimize the disturbance to the other patrons.  Some shows may not allow late seating.  This will be clearly stated in the description of the show.

If you require an accessible seat, or have special seating requirements, please use the special instructions box during checkout to describe your needs.  Include your phone number, so the theater can contact you if they have any questions.

Theaters reserve the right to change elements of the production, including the use of understudies when necessary.

If extraordinary circumstances require the cancellation of a performance, ticketholders may choose an available ticket for a future performance of that show, or a refund.
